Thom is the Chef Owner of The Flintlock at Cheddleton and upcoming restaurant Apres. Starting his career at the age of 17, in the same building as The Flintlock, he headed back to his roots to open The Flintlock, which is featured in the Michelin Guide, and it is from there that he creates all his recipes and videos for his social media and blog.
