Maple and Blueberry Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 banana
- 150ml coconut milk
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 4 tbsp pure maple syrup (preferably amber syrup for its rich taste)
Method
- Place banana, blueberries, coconut milk, protein powder and maple syrup into a blender.
- Process until smooth. Add a splash of water if the consistency looks too thick.
- Pour smoothie into a tall glass and serve immediately.
