Maple Espresso Martini

Ingredients
- 45ml vodka
- 40ml pure maple syrup (preferably dark syrup for its robust flavour)
- 30ml espresso, cooled
- 15ml Kahlúa coffee liqueur
- 3 coffee beans, for decoration
Method
- Place martini glass in the fridge to chill.
- Prepare a shot of freshly brewed espresso coffee.
- Place the maple syrup, vodka, coffee liqueur and espresso in a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice.
- Shake vigorously until the outside of the cocktail shaker feels ice cold, then strain into the chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with coffee beans and serve immediately.
