Peach and Cream Maple Martini
Golden / Alcoholic/Cocktails
Ingredients
- Ice
- 150 ml peach puree
- 50 ml gin
- 25 ml peach syrup
- 25 ml pure maple syrup (preferably golden for its delicate flavour)
- 20 ml single cream
- 25 ml peach liqueur
Method
- Place two glasses into refrigerator to chill for at least 10 minutes.
- Fill cocktail shaker halfway with ice then add all ingredients.
- Cover the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until chilled to the touch.
- Strain drink into chilled glasses.
- Serve immediately.
